Michelle Obama: The Dress Was Dreamy
January 21st, 2009Was Michelle Obama’s Jason Wu the gown of our dreams?
Maybe not, but she looked stunning.

Michelle’s dress, I loved it. I think it’s pretty and looks pretty on her.
I also thought it was very, very safe choice and a lil’ boring. It was nice, but nothing breathtaking. Out of all those sketches, an all the options she must have had, I just hoped she’d pick something more … you know, hotter.
It was one step away from a regular, silky little black dress. Something brighter, or with a bit of glitter detail would have been nicer to me. Oh well. There’s always four years from now. Sigh.
What did you think?
Plus, more fashion looks from Michelle’s inaugural weekend. Her daytime suit was stunning. Don’t you agree?

I agree. I thought she could’ve made a way better choice on a gown, especially on such an important night. She’s beautiful and I wish she wore a dress last nite that captured that. Her posture wasn’t that great either. Hopefully in the future we’ll c more fashion fwd picks from her……
Mrs. Obama’s gown was perfect for her. She does not seem to be a flashy person or dresser. Her style is simple elegance………please, please, please let’s not build them up only to tear them down about a dress.
I was expecting something with a little more royal swag to it, but Michelle’s presence is very elegant no matter what she wears and I thinks she complimented our president well!
I thought First Lady Michelle Obama looked absolutely breath taking. She wore her gown very well. She, to me, does not need to be overly flashy because that’s not who she is or what she represents during times like these. KUDOS to the first lady!
Where is my comment!!!!
I thought that the dress was simply stunning. She looked just like a high school girl going to the prom for the first time.
Stunning! Mr. President and her look great. Our Commander in Chief is the best. You looked wonderful Mrs First Lady. Back off all you nay-sayer!!!
I thought Michelle would have picked a much more sexier, stunning color choice. Something with a bit of sparkle and brightness, and maybe even a front, or back split in it. The dress she wore really did nothing to compliment her…it was just a plain jane dress.
H3R DR3SS WAS HOT!!! I’LL W3AR IT GR3AT CHOIC3 GR3AT FASHION
