Summer’s Hottest Dress

If I had to choose the number one hottest dress amongst celebrities this summer it would have to be the Herve Leger bandage dress.
Agree?
Luckily for Rihanna, Cassie and many others who have chosen this dress for Hollywood premieres and parties, the simple dress comes to life in a new way on each woman’s body.
This one on Kiely is one of my favorite.
The dress effortlessly conveys sophisticated sexiness.
There are plenty of copycats (ahem Bebe), but nothing beats the real deal.
