I don’t know if it’s the change of season or seeing all the runway shows from Fashion Week, but I’m in a major shopping mood.

Two years ago, it was the skinnies … and thank goodness, they’re still hot on the block. A few years before that, it was the low rise and boot cut. This year, pants are getting super-sized. So, turn up the volume. The wide leg has made it’s way into the upcoming seasons. But it doesn’t stop there, they’re getting wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiider.

How wide? MC Hammer wide.  The parachute pants were all over the Spring ’09 collections in NY.

Weird pants, sheer tops and peacock feathers … Add all three to your shopping list.

Both outfits are cute, in that “only will fit a supermodel” kind of way.

Will you rock Hammer pants? Eh, maybe.
