Vanessa and Angela Simmons Share Lessons From Building Their Fashion Empire

Angela and Vanessa Simmons started their footwear line Pastry with just four pair of sneakers in 2007 and since then they’ve watched their business grow into an empire that boast over $50 million in annual sales (sweet!).  To date, the Pastry brand has been expanded to include children’s wear, junior apparel, dress shoes, accessories and handbags–and the sisters have plans to introduce Barbie dolls next year and work with WNBA players in the future.
