Fashion Forward: Sprayground Bag Line A Hit w/ Consumers & Celebrities!

Published by Gyant on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 8:40 am.

I’ve been blogging about relatively new bag and accessory line Sprayground. With the explosion of backpack gear, Sprayground’s line of bags are all the rave with consumers and celebrities. From Soulja Boy to Diggy Simmons, Sprayground is on pace to become the next household name. The homie George Sharkness has been telling me about the budding new line for a minute now, and I am finally getting around to tell you all about it.

Started by NYC designer DBD, SPRAYGROUND was created as a backpack company exclusively for street artists to easily transport spray cans, and more. However the vibrant and uniquely crafted bag line has quickly evolved into a collection of original designs by DBD and friends.

With such strong supporters like Diggy Simmons, Soulja Boy, Korn’s James Shaffer and more, Sprayground has impacted the bag industry with revolutionary cutting-edge designs and an overall boisterous statement.

Growing up in Miami painting, skating and surfing, DBD was always on the go and would pack his whole life in his backpack. It only made sense years later to start an art inspired backpack line. Not only did DBD want to create expressive backpacks, he also put alot of focus into the construction and functionality of each and every bag.

[Nationwide you'd find it hard pressed not to see the young people embracing the Spryground movement]

Korn’s own James Shaffer rocking out with his own Spryground bag]

For those who have their minds on their money and money on their minds this popular Sprayground bag is for you

Got bullets?

And of course the military fatigues “Hello My Is” bag is definitely the move.

[Checkout the Sprayground blog for more info on these exciting new bags.]

Until Next Time.

Fashion Forward: Morehouse Students By Day @Kreemo Businessmen By Night!

Published by Gyant on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 12:54 pm.

Anybody who lives in Atlanta knows that its a hub for entrepreneurs probably more than any city. Here you can easily be walking down the street and pass an unsuspecting fashion mogul. And, three Morehouse students are echoing their entrepreneurial spirit with a relatively new fashion line that’s drawing a great buzz in the music industry — and Atlanta.

Per GU.com:

Aimed at the youth, the brains behind the exciting fashion line, Lavan Wright, Brian Wright and Desmond Attmore have released their fall line to waves of excitement. Type in Kreemo in google and you’ll see an onslaught of endless blogs, fashion critiques and praise for the new line that can’t be ignored.  From Atlantic Records recording star Wiz Khalifia to a handful of other public figures, it seems everyone is hopping aboard the Kreemo train to fashion forward independence.

Though Gyant media is currently hashing out details for a full-fledged interview, one of the aforementioned founders Brian Wright sent me some images from this years fall collection. Replacing the vibrantly colorful tee’s come some interesting warmer pieces that’s driving the kids into chaotic frenzy on college campuses across the country.

An interesting line indeed.

Fashion Forward: New Urban Clothing @Moscaangelo Line Makes Significant Moves!

Published by Gyant on Monday, October 11, 2010 at 11:44 am.

There’s a new fashion line emerging on the scene that I like a lot and had to take some time to show them some luv. The impressive line of urban T-shirts and other uniquely disguised urban wear is Mosca Angelo.

Mosca Angelo was created by Quintin Crumpler, a passionate and visionary entrepreneur. Quintin , a 24 year old from Atlanta, Georgia and current senior at Georgia State University, set out to take clothing in a new direction.

Now in its second year, Mosca Angelo continues to spread across the city as a unique and classic brand. The name Mosca Angelo is Italian and translates to “Fly Angel.” The idea comes from having the mindset of always being on top in any situation.

Mosca Angelo provides clothing that is high in quality, using only the softest fabric, yet affordable. Mosca Angelo is known for its timeless style, not being trendy, not being boring, but being just right. Our mission goes beyond designing great clothes. It is there desire to inspire all to live a life of purpose and to feel confident in whom you were created to be. Quinton sent clothes my way that I plan on wearing heavy, the minute I start to lose some pounds to wear it right [like the picture above].

Mosca Angelo is a lifestyle brand and a new movement that moves with people who desire to live above average and live out their dreams.
You can visit www.moscaangelo.com to check out more designs and join the mailing list to be informed of new designs. Also you can follow Mosca Angelo on twitter at www.twitter.com/moscaangelo.

Crumpler’s business model is “There are no limits and no boundaries.”

Fashion Forward: Take A Sneak Peek At The Blac Label’s New Fall Line

Published by Gyant on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 10:44 pm.

With Labor Day Weekend officially ending the unbelievably hot 2010 summer, it seems that we all can be looking forward to fall with some excitement as I’ve just gotten a sneak peek at the Blac Label’s new fall line that I had to share with all of you.

Check out Blac Label’s Fall/Winter Ad Campaign, which is worn by many high profile celebrities such as Chad Ochocinco & more.

This line was conceived in 2002 during the saturation of novelty t-shirts with simple screens and catchy sayings, Blac Label Premium has evolved with innovative designs, original concepts, and stylish trends. As you can see from the ad, the brand is now becoming a cleaner more fashionable line, which can only go over well with consumers.

Listen, fashion lingo isn’t necessarily my thing, however I like what I see, and can definitely see myself in such sexy & fly apparel.
