B.E.T. You Haven’t Heard This: Usher- Papers

Uh ohhhhhhh…….Contrary to what I think, Usher is still going through with releasing his new single, “Papers” lol. Just to be clear, I didn’t honestly think he was going to alter the execution of the single (it was a joke).
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I don’t think this is the best move for a first single. “Papers” should be tucked away on the album, which is now titled “Raymond Vs. Raymond” and discovered by someone saying, “OH SH*T, you heard that song “Papers”- CRAZY! Because the thing is, if it’s not scorching like “Burn” or “Confessions” was, then he comes off as bitter.
But hey what do I know, I’m just a blogger. Well, the time has come, and “Papers” has arrived. Ummm, I’m going to reserve my comments until I hear the verdict from ya’ll. Ok, I’ll be honest, I like the wordplay-but it still has to grow on me.

i heard the song today and i cant wait to get a copy..staright from the heart..i dont care what anyone else thinks about him,he is way above all the average singers out there that has been polluting our airwaves..this album is gonna be bigger than confessions..

i just heard the song and i think it will surely be a hit as alot of fans can relate to it.i dont care what the haterz might think but its about time the pretenders take a back step and lets start listening to good r&b once again.i think this album will be bigger than confessions!!

It sounds like the old Usher. That last album was a disappointment.
I like the song as some of the other bloggers have stated it’s about time for some real R&B instead of the garbage that is on the radio now. Hopefully this album will be better than the last I wasn’t feeling Here I Stand at all. Good luck Usher.
Im feelin’ it. It does sound like “burn” a lot. Kinda unoriginal using the same melody, but the lyrics are pretty on point.

It’s his life, tha song is hot, he is keeping it 100. Hey he’s human who we to judge. Waiting to seewhat else is on the album.
Like the words, but I don’t like the track. I miss the Confessions Usher. If it aint broke, don’t fix it- is what he should have been thinking. Those tracks were hot, but this new style is just not as hard hitting. Not bad, but definitely no great.
My guy Usher is back and has did it again, the song is great, what can I say its Usher! Looking forward to buy the album.
I just heard the ending of it and I am loving it so far. I love this song. I can’t wait to hear the whole thing. His last album was not my favorite but if the new album is anything like this single, I am heading to Best Buy.

I love Usher. he could sing twinkle twinkle little star for all I care. The man is hot as hell and I cannot beleive that he let that be his marriage stop. She is more than likely a wonderful woman, but with all the women that are so beautiful in this world why did he have to pick someone that looks like she is straight out of Compton. Sorry, not bitter just real interested to know what the heck she did. Given the chance I would be all over that in about 5 seconds!
The vibe is similar to Here I Stand. I dunno, I’m on fence with this one. I wish him luck though, I hope the other songs on this upcoming album are better than this one.
