B.E.T. You Haven’t Heard This: Big Boi

Ummm, ok…. Has all creativity escaped this man’s soul? Let me be the first to say, “NOT A FAN”. Not only did the folk-like acoustic guitar in the intro send me into left field, but my god, why do we need another song about a damn cell phone?
The big homey, Rizoh from TheRapUp.Net said it best, “How do you go from ‘Royal Flush’ to this”? I’m sure Big Boi is just attempting to gain commercial steam so he can infiltrate the “Top 40″ system, and I’m sure Big Boi advocates all around the globe will give him a pass, but that still doesn’t mean I can’t reserve some type of room for disappointment.
Maybe I’m being to harsh on him since I haven’t had lunch today. Whatever the case is, I pray to the rap heavens that this offering isn’t anywhere close to the representation of his long awaited solo project, Sir Luscious Leftfoot , which is scheduled to drop later this year.
