I heard this song and saw the video, and I dont see how the president being black correlates with the many of the other ideas in the song. The song is filled with materialism, sterotypes and deflamatory lyrics. President Obama is more that just Black. He is an intelligent man with strong values and I’m sure he would not approve of the way his name is being used to sell records. Just because we have a Black president, does not give people a free pass to behave with ignorance. Thier perfomance punctuated with the N word is highly offensive to the Black community and there should be more of an outcry from our community. There is nothing about this song that is glorious. Then we wonder why steroptypes exist. We continue give them something to talk about.

This is one of the first rap music videos that I can actually listen to. DeLon is actually saying something in his music and that makes all the difference. His music and war collides video looks like it’s on a totally different level.
