B.E.T. You Haven’t Heard This: John Legend & Andre 3000

Probably one of the most soulful voices in R&B today, John Legend is back with a new single from his untitled 3rd solo studio LP. The new single “Green Light” which features an appearance from Outkast member, Andre 3000, will surely raise an eyebrow (but in a good way).
Honestly, I didn’t expect this type of groovy track from Mr. Legend, but after a couple of listens, I definitely have taken a serious liking to it. Now before you write this song off, let it marinate in your system (music system and judgmental system) and get back to me with your final verdict as to whether or not you can see yourself bumping this in the upcoming Summer season.

Love the song! It takes me back to playing red light with the girls and boys. The two are another perfect duo…like it or not. Also, I haven’t read any credits or anything but the sound is surely 3000 all the way. I’m sure he did the track and just about wrote the entire song. I think both Dre and Legend are two brilliant artist that really understands music and it’s worth value. This is what we need in the business of music. Big ups to John and 3000 for this hot hot banger! And keep doing the damn thang, ya digg!
