I cannot support this man ever again. I know he was found innocent but clearly that was him on the tape. This loser has a history of dating and marrying little girls. Whenever I hear one of his songs I cannot help but to think he is talking about little girls. I think it is a disgrace that we still support this man especially those of you who saw the tape and know of his long, long history of being involved with minors. I am in my 30’s so I remember the whole Aaliyah scandal and the accusations over the years and across the US. I never post blogs but this whole RKelly thing upsets me. Why do we want to support a child molester? If he wasn’t famous or if it was your family member we would have nothing to do with him. Finally, he is in his 40’s, he is like the old man in the club. He really should grow up.

What would constitute (or justify, for others) a person watching that tape?…and then become bold enough to form a negative opinion about it, write it and then post it for the whole world to see. We could not escape all the rumors about R. Kelly because they were everywhere, however, it took pure free will to just go out and purchase that tape or sheer audacity to sit your butt down at somebody’s house and watch it. Listen my first irresponsible thoughts on this issue were this brother has issues, and I didn’t even watch the tape, nor have I yet, nor do I want to. Then I thought about some things that God has forgiven me for and suddenly felt foolish, stupid, hypocritical and quickly repented. See the judgment will come for EVERYONE to take a stand and to be held accountable for the conscious decisions we make throughout our lives AND to have all those wonderful scriptures I’ve previously been reading, applied. Remember we are all broken vessels and come from SOMEWHERE (trials and tribulations) to get somewhere (forgiveness from God by grace) to be fixed up (born again). That’s the hope. And if that’s too scriptural for you, NO ONE’S PEFECT. Jesus died asking for forgiveness for those who were crucifying him, for they know not what they do. I am by no means condoning anything that is not right but I am saying that R. Kelly’s ability or his genius, if you will, to create the type of music he creates is a gift and our gifts come from God. We all have gifts and are expected to be responsible in our uses of them. Christ’s death was so that we may be able to live life abundantly. If he is guilty, he will answer to the Most High God. If you don’t want to spend YOUR money, that’s fine. Don’t, Just be cognizant (aware) of your reasons why.No one ever arrives. We are ALL a work in progress.
