T-Pain has a lil something to get off his chest!

Could we honestly say we didn’t see this coming? It’s been a good, what, 4 years since the existence of this man and the last 2 have been one hell of a rollercoaster ride for the Florida native. As we all know, him and his Vocoder buddy have taken the industry by storm with a series of number #1 hits, some of which we are STILL singing at this very moment.

However, over the past 6 or 7 months, the Vocoder, the device he’s been heavily criticized for utilizing, has mysteriously made its way onto the vocals of some of your favorite rappers and R&B crooners. Weezy, who can’t let the thing go and Yeezy, who decided to use the apparatus for his entire, 808’s & Heartbreak project, were given Vocoder passes, but as for hip hop and R&B’s remaining culprits, Pain wasn’t so forgiven.
