Bow Wow Says Farewell?????

(Polow Da Don Voice) Wait a minute mothafugga?!?!?!?!?
Word around town is that Mr. 106 & Park is apparently calling it quits after his 16 year existence in the hip hop game. Shad Moss, better known as Bow Wow, cites acting as the main reason for his departure from his lyrical post. Bow Wow told The Hollywood Reporter “After 16 years in the music industry and six successful albums, I’ve decided to shift my energy to something else I’m passionate about, acting; I’m going to try to be the next Will Smith.”
Well to be quite honest, I think it’s a little to early to call it quits, but if he’s content with the decision to leave the game and pursue other endeavors that will probably generate more revenue given the current state of the recording industry, then so be it. However, the pint size prince was said to be working on his seventh solo LP, H.I.M (History In The Making). As to whether or not the project will see the light of day, that remains to be seen. But since rap retirement has a totally different definition compared to the blue collard worker’s definition(thanks Jay), I can assure you we’ll be hearing from Bow Weezy very shortly.

Bow Wow just said on 106 his next album will be called Pedigree, and he has been on the low because he’s working on a new movie called Patriots and just wrapped up a movie called Driving Lessons.

I’m sorry, but he hasn’t done much for the rap or r&b game…he’s mediocre at best….doubt he’ll be the next Will Smith either….what is everyone so upset about? Good luck and all…but don’t say you’re retiring just so you can make some come back in a couple of years….you’re like what 19 or 20?
