Busta Gets Probation

Luckily for Busta Rhymes, he won’t be doing any jail time this go ’round. The 35-year old rapper, whose real name is Trevor Smith, was sentenced to three year’s probation, 10 days community service and a fine of $1250. Though trouble seemed to follow Busta in 2006 and 2007, the rapper had initially faced up to a year in jail after he was arrested for a DWI and an assault on separate occasions. “I thank the judge for giving me a chance, and I thank everybody for being supportive,” said Busta.
