Eminem Recovering From Pneumonia

TMZ is reporting that, over the holidays, Eminem was rushed to the hospital. Details are still sketchy (and considering that I was in Detroit this weekend and no one even mentioned this in conversation or on the radio, I would say that no one in the Black community cares anymore…but anyway). The report stated that Em was rushed to a Detroit-area hospital and was treated for a serious heart condition and severe pneumonia, but I’m not sure if I believe that. Still, according to TMZ, his publicist released a statement saying that he was under a doctor’s care for pneumonia over the holidays and has since been recovering at home. Hmmm…
Anyway, I was more interested in hearing how his weight has “ballooned to over 200lbs,” as they put it. That is not the first time I heard that (an inside source told me that he had put on 40lbs), and that’s what I’d like to find out more about. I don’t know about anyone else, but if Eminem is the next candidate for Celebrity Fit Club, I will sure as heck wanna see that.

Well I don’t know who in the black community don’t care about Eminem..it certainly isn’t me. Eminem has given a lot to Hip Hop and the Black Community. Without him, there wouldn’t be the few heavy weight rappers we have now. Eminem represented Hip Hop in a respectful way without losing his image and spread the word worldwide that Hip Hop is for EVERYONE.

why do you not believe it was pneumonia? he can’t get sick? he can’t gain weight? everyone gets sick and gains weight.
Eminem apologized for what he said about the black girl – Yeah I said girl- they were in high shool when he made those comments. that was in the past- leave the past in the past. Where is your religion- we serve a forgiving god- you can’t be forgiving? He didn’t say it to you. People are so quick to dig up someones past but when the tables turn and the script is flipped they want there past to be left alone. Leave his alone- like they say- if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say nothing….
I hope he gets better soon. I heard about the pneumonia, but I dont know where the “serious heart condition” came from… Anyways…Why is everything about race???
