Is Trina Really Still The Baddest?

Or actually, was she ever the baddest?? Really though. Trina’s new album, Still The Baddest, comes out April 1st. It features the single, “Single Again” (go to her myspace to listen to it). Not sure if Lil’ Wayne really cares, since he upgraded to Lauren London (that relationship is pretty much done too), but she’s really running with this “Single Again” gimmick. What do you think about the song? Her look? Trina, overall? Is she part of the reason that Hip-Hop treats women the way it does? And are her five minutes up? Or is she just a female rapper getting her money and doing it the way she should? Talk about it.

She never was the baddest. The song is cool but she is obviously still thinking about Weezy – giving him way too much attention with this song.
Trina is the bomb. I think she is really pretty and if she writes her own rhymes she has some skills. What other female rappers are out right now anyway??

I love Trina, I went to see her Friday @ a club promo, but I do think she is falling off lyrically. The single “I’m single again” is so popcorn till its ridiculous. Sounds more like an early saturday morning cartoon soundtrack or a nursery rhyme at best. Sorry but it gets no play in the Escalade. On the other hand she does have a track called ” Killin you hoes” thats my ishhh. All together I dont think I will be purchasing the album, just dont think it will be worth it, would rather download the tracks I want off of it for free.
This is my idol.When I was comig up, people always said i favored Trina(even though i didn’t think so).
