Joke Of The Day: Bobby Blames Whitney…HA!

In what seems like a desperate plea to remain relevant, Bobby Brown has decided to take the lowest of low roads and blame Whitney for their drug abuse/relationship issues. In his new autobiography, Bobby Brown: The Truth, the Whole Truth and Nothing But, Bobby breaks down how and why Whitney destroyed their image, and he actually has the nerve to play the “good guy.”
Here are 2 excerpts, courtesy of the NY Post, from the book which is slated to hit shelves next month.
“I think we got married for all the wrong reasons. Now, I realize Whitney had a different agenda than I did when we got married . . . I believe her agenda was to clean up her image, while mine was to be loved and have children…Whitney was under a lot of pressure. The media was accusing her of having a bisexual relationship with her assistant, Robin Crawford. Since she was the American Sweetheart and all, that didn’t go too well with her image . . . In Whitney’s situation, the only solution was to get married and have kids. That would kill all speculation, whether it was true or not. In the short, I think I got caught up in the politics and ended up marrying one of the biggest stars in the world.”
“I never used cocaine until I met Whitney. Before then, I had experimented with other drugs, but marijuana was my drug of choice. At one point in my life, I used drugs uncontrollably. I was using everything I could get my hands on, from cocaine to heroin, weed and cooked cocaine.”
Ouch. If my brown eyes serve me correct (Ha! I’m so full of myself), Bobby is attempting to imply that by marrying him, Whitney’s image would have become cleansed of all the negativity surrounding her. HA!!!!!! You can NOT be serious homey….
What do you guys think??? Is Bobby talking that ISH, or was he, like he CLAIMS, the angel of the two?? Go head…..BE CRUEL and SOUNDOFF!!

are you serious… no one can make you do anything if you got addicted to drugs it was no one’s fault but your own!!! man up and grow some balls!!!
Don’t be so quick to dismiss Bobby. Let’s not for get the reality show “Being Bobby Brown” where he did come off a little closer to normal (albeit an obvious drug user) than we thought. I do remember the long time rumors of Whitney & Robin, and I seem to remember most people speculating then that she was only marrying Bobby to thwart those rumors. So it should be no surprise now that those alligations are resurfacing.
What Bobby is saying is not that far-fetched. I believe him. Think about it! He is not saying he was an angel, he’s just saying there’s more to the story than many folks would have us to believe.
This could be partially true. Remember there is the truth, the not so truthful, and the lies. We all knew that Whitney was a head from back in the day and we all know that Bobby was also one of the biggest heads out there to. So some of it might be truthful but alot of it is mostly bullcrap!
Be serious, Bobby has been nothing but trouble starting from the New Edition days. He wasn’t attempting to grow up then and he sure as h— isn’t attempting to grow up now. He needs to go ahead a get a life stop trying to make hisself out to be something that he’s not. If he knew that Whitney was marrying him for the wrong reasons why go through with it, why, because he wanted to be linked to marrying one of the most famous women around. Right now what he’s saying is not hurting Whitney or himself but hurting his daughter.
For his own self preservation, he should stop being disobedient and give his life to Jesus Christ. He just doesn’t understand that for bad or worse, there are young men that are influenced by him. What a blessing he could be to them and men everywhere, if he would just bow down. Bobby is not the only man struggling in his faults. I’m praying for you Bobby and your family. Please give your life to him! He’s waiting for you. I have no stones to cast at you nor Whitney. Only Jesus can give you freedom and more. ” For he who the Son sets free, is free indeed”!
I also believe Whitney played a more serious role with the drugs. Nobody is for sure if she wasn’t using before her relationship with him. She was probably already getting high with her cousin Dionne.
Bottom line, if anyone has a drug problem they need to seek professional help. Drugs not only hurt the user, it affects family members too!
There’s 2 sides to every story. I believe him because I heard that rumor back in da days. Plus, she was always in the “Hollywood scene”. A few lines here or there was okay for her. C’mon y’all, there’s a crack head in every family. I think they should get on with their lives and enjoy that money.
I am from Boston and I know Bobby personally from Orchard Park project where he grew up. He CAN NOT put his drug use on Whitney! He is unbelievable! He has been using cocaine since he was 14 years old and he knows it!
Whether Whitney was using drugs before Bobby or not – that is not the issue. Whitney did not tie Bobby to a chair and force drugs upon him. It was his choice. Be a man Bobby, stop blaming others for your problems. Whitney’s marriage agenda may have been different from yours – however, I don’t think she would have stayed as long as she did if she didn’t love Bobby. You both were adults and chose to live as you did. Now she decided to take her life in a different direction which does not include you. Move on Bobby…..WE HAVE!
In this situation both of these people are grow one can’t make one do anything they no is wrong so i say to Bobby man up like viewers say your a man no one can make you do what you no is wrong just say the money was there Whitney was casually dippen before you came along so no your not the blame for her down for but be the blame of your own addiction and in closing whitney you are a beatiful women in side and out people go through thing but god won’t put to miun on you that you can’t handle same goes for you Bobby.

Whitney did not need Bobby to hide anything. The press will prosecute you either way it goes, Bobby needed to marry someone with money and status. Now, he has nothing and this bogus book is for him to get money. Get on with your own life, start something new and positive.
I think they were both using maybe one more then the other,but still using. The well is running dry so he needs to be back in the spotlight.That’s y his son is now on that show(trying to win money to help pay his dad rehab bill.
I can’t believe he went there..as i recall Bobby was in the news about alcohol and drug abuse way before he and Whitney ever married. Adults kill me trying to blame other adults for their ?$$#~ ups. Got a news flash for you Bobby..You are grown. Did dhe put a gun to your head and make you do cocaine if what you say is true? I doubt it!!
Both are to blame. Both where on top of the world in their career’s. Both knew what will happen messing around with drug’s. They’ve been in the life long enough. So he can’t put it off on her and she can’t put it on him. Now they need to just make sure their children don’t end up like them. It’s not about them anymore.

WELL IT IS TO SIDES TO THIS STORY. BOBBY’S AND WHITNEY’S. HE MAY BLAME HER, AND SHE MAY BLAME HIM. BUT THE FACTS ARE THAT THEY WERE BOTH GROWN WHEN THEY GOT MARRIED, AND WHEN THEY STARTED USING DRUGS. IT DOSE NOT MATTER WHO STARTED WHO, AND JUST BECAUSE BOBBY GOT COUGHT MORE THEN WHITNEY, DOSE NOT MEAN THAT IT WAS ALL HIS FAULT. FROM WHAT I CAN SEE WHITNEY IS A VERY STRONG WILLED WOMAN( ON AND OFF DRUGS) I DOUBT THAT BOBBY MADE HER TO USE DRUGS. THEY GOT COUGHT UP IN DRUGS JUST LIKE MILLIONS OF OTHER PEOPLE JUST CAUSE THEY GOT MONEY DONT MAKE THEM ANY DIFFRENT. DRUGS ARE A VERY POWERFUL STRONG HOLD. BOBBY’S TRUTH IS TRUE FOR HIM JUST LIKE WHITNEY’S WILL BE FOR HER. DONT BLAME PRAY FOR THEM BOTH.
Bobby did much to destroy Whitney. Loving him and standing by him sent her life down the toilet. I wouldn’t buy his book unless there was a shortage of toilet paper.
What a lowriding loser! Whitney, getting away from him was the best thing you could do. Now move on with your head high. Get your life back and that also means your career.
