Joke Of The Day: Bobby Blames Whitney…HA!

In what seems like a desperate plea to remain relevant, Bobby Brown has decided to take the lowest of low roads and blame Whitney for their drug abuse/relationship issues. In his new autobiography, Bobby Brown: The Truth, the Whole Truth and Nothing But, Bobby breaks down how and why Whitney destroyed their image, and he actually has the nerve to play the “good guy.”
Here are 2 excerpts, courtesy of the NY Post, from the book which is slated to hit shelves next month.
“I think we got married for all the wrong reasons. Now, I realize Whitney had a different agenda than I did when we got married . . . I believe her agenda was to clean up her image, while mine was to be loved and have children…Whitney was under a lot of pressure. The media was accusing her of having a bisexual relationship with her assistant, Robin Crawford. Since she was the American Sweetheart and all, that didn’t go too well with her image . . . In Whitney’s situation, the only solution was to get married and have kids. That would kill all speculation, whether it was true or not. In the short, I think I got caught up in the politics and ended up marrying one of the biggest stars in the world.”
“I never used cocaine until I met Whitney. Before then, I had experimented with other drugs, but marijuana was my drug of choice. At one point in my life, I used drugs uncontrollably. I was using everything I could get my hands on, from cocaine to heroin, weed and cooked cocaine.”
Ouch. If my brown eyes serve me correct (Ha! I’m so full of myself), Bobby is attempting to imply that by marrying him, Whitney’s image would have become cleansed of all the negativity surrounding her. HA!!!!!! You can NOT be serious homey….
What do you guys think??? Is Bobby talking that ISH, or was he, like he CLAIMS, the angel of the two?? Go head…..BE CRUEL and SOUNDOFF!!

There are long time rumors in NY/NJ that Whitney was a cokehead. This is running all the way back to her modeling years, before her singing career. But I think Bobby probably already had an addiction problem, too. And when you put two druggies together, addictions only get worse. And if you done too much coke over a lifetime, your ability to recall incidents can cause a revisionist view of history. I’m sure he is telling the story as he can remember with the few remaining brain cells he has left. Please pray for them both to be saved and delivered from all addiction.

nicca***is lying he was already hooked on something whitney just got hooked when he was grinding singing tender rony to her cause i was hooked to and she had her daughter and they got married maybe a few months later you could tell that she was hooked on something then he kept going to jail bless her soul for getting the courage to leave that nicca***men always try to find a way to turn it around on the other person just take responsibility for his own actins if she was the one that got u hooked you could have just said no she break ur arm or something and she kept ur daughter from being in the system he is a soar loser because because she finally had enough of the bull and drama that u put her thru we already know your story the whole world lived it with u guys and i was doing the same thing so i already know how the game goes, whitney we thank GOD EVERYDAY THAT WE HAD THE STRENGHT TO GET AWAY FROM THOSE NICCA’S. You know I have always pray for both of them, and to be free of drugs, to come back to JESUS. But what we are missing is a family is broken up…
They have children that will pay the price for what they have done, and what they are doing.
A marriage is over, whice is something that GOD is not happy about but the devil is laughing, so we should have more care for one another, prayers, and try hard to do and say the right things and not be judging, so we won’t be judge.
I’am truly sorry that after 15 years they could not make it work any longer. My heart goes out to both of them. I know that it was a lost for both.

People: You have to remember before Bobby, Whitney already had a drug proplem. Whitney had already been to treatment when she came out with her very first record. Whitney at that time snorted cocaine, which was one of the most common used drugs for singers at that time. Bobby at that time was just starting to become famous after he left New Edition.

I believe there are more important thing’s that are going on in the world (war,Gas price, jobs, homes, crime, election) then to worry about who is at fault in Bobby & Whitney marriage!!!!

Bobby, being a adult means taking responsibility for your actions. That is the only way that you can create peace within yourslef. Blaming someone for your actions will not get you anywhere. So lets start acting like an intelluctual black man and stop thinking like a little boy
i dont see why everyone is so quick to not believe bobby.. he did seem more like a pothead than a dopefeind befre they got together? how do WE know whch one of them was into what first? we dont knw what goes on behind closed doors.. and to the person who said you get addicted on your own.. you must’ve never met an addict.. it usually starts w/ doing the drug w/ someone else.. people dont just decide one day i’d like to try this hard drug- cocaine and go out by themselves to buy it, then go home to a closet alone & do it.. at least that’s not how it starts anyway.. (which is not to say tht he had no choice.. he did & made the wrong one apparently)
I met bobby back in 1987 and when it was time for us to go out on our first date we were an hour late because he locked himself in the room for an hour before we could leave and would not allow anyone in. I believed then that some kind of drug usage was going on. He started to act wierd and really made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t know whitney. But all I can say is lets stop talking about them and start praying for them as well as the millions of others that are facing these drug problems. Good luck to both of them in trying to get their lives back together.
