its only ghostwriting if your name isn’t mentioned in the credits, like in the booklet where it says the name of the song and it says produced by, written by, etc.. if you get a credit, then its called songwriting.
some musicians are songwriters, and some are not, but many pop singers don’t write most of their material, if any of it, music or lyrics.
when lil wayne was younger im pretty sure juvenile wrote most of his lyrics on the hotboyz albums with turk and bg.
