First off R.I.P to michel. HE was my Idol and i looked up to him in many ways, and it it is crazy that he is now gone. I know that tears wont help what has happened but that he will always have a place in my heart. He will never be forgotten and i send my condolences out to the jackson family and that michel will remain in my payers. I have to say that I am VERY upset that BET has not interrupted their regularly scheduled programs to have a tribute to Michael Jackson! The man was an icon and a musical genius! This is the end of a musical error! MTV is currently runnin a video tribute showing many of his full-length videos and I feel especially as a black station, BET should be doing the same:-(

Come on BET…we just lost an ICON his videos are on blast on MTV. Get your programming director in there and pull from the vast library of work and get it on TV! This was the first black man with videos on a national venue. His music has touched all of us and you’ve got the “Top 12 BET Momemts on TV!” Please show some respect. People are watching and taking their ques from you. Your viewers are watching and so far I have been disappointed. Please hurry and redeem yourselves. Salute the artist, his work, his legacy. With out Michael there would be no Neo, Usher, Justin Timberlake, Chris Brown…all of these guys walk down the path that Michael paved for them…come on don’t let him go out like this scrap what you have on tv now don’t wait until Sunday night to honor him.
