Nas Speaks…..
July 9th, 2008With all the drama Nas has encountered in the past 6 months regarding his new LP, you would’ve thought he would’ve rolled over and quit by now. But, with controversy staring Nas dead in his pupils, the queensbridge prophet could only embrace what was to come. Once titled N*GGER, Nas has since changed the title of the project to Untitled, asserting that if he couldn’t call it “N*GGER” he won’t call it anything at all. To make matters worse, Untitled, sprung a coordinated and strategic leak last week, but of course, like every other artists’ album that spreads 2 weeks before it’s release, Nas had no knowledge of the unfortunate incident…or DID HE? I guess you’ll have to find out in the video below….

Nas is truly one of the icons in rap music i feel that people need to open their ears to the lyrical content of his music and not their eyes to his ‘BLING’
NAS is THOROUGH!!!His lyrics is so real but, alot of people don’t understand the message.He RAPS about true life but,most of these wack RADIO STATIONS don’t want to give him any AIRPLAY cause he’s to REAL FOR THEM!!! Keep doing you NAS…I’M DOWN FOR THE MOVEMENT!!!

nas is one of the best but not “THE” best to do it. you still have KRS-ONE among others. don’t get it twisted tho! nas is and has been “THE” best for the last 10 to 15 years

NAS is a lyrical genius! His music inspires those who want to better themselves as people and rappers. His words are encouraging, true and he is simply the best. With out poets like NAS, rap music would have no meaning!

Big ups for the album leak. You also knew that the state of these Radio execs, and Record execs, were too busy pushing this corrent garbage that’s being passed as real Hip-Hop, that leaking out your own album would stir more record sales. I applaud the risk!

Yo whats up Nas.No doubt that you are one of my favorite rappers from tha East Coast.I’m a big fan of all your music and I got all of your albums, all tha way from Illmatic to Hip Hop Is Dead.I think you put it down when you rap in a very complex lyrical way, that not many others in tha game can do.That’s what makes you tha King Of New York and one of tha best.Two of my favorite albums of yours are Illmatic & Stillmatic, both are classics, especially Illmatic.Well until next time, 1 Luv, peace!
