I think everybody should leave him alone. Im not saying that abuse is fine but she had to do something to make him explode. She is as much to blame as he is. I bet if it was the other way around they probably wouldnt do anything to her. He is a very talented young man and for his first mistake people turn their backs on him. first of all keshia u can’t b an adult to make such a kid like statement. one ti ,nor chris did any kind of long stay in jail. u have micheal vick who faught dogs . and trust me i don’t by any means say that was right. but he got more jail time than either of these guys. so for u to be a female and make such a male statement shocks me. and im a man but first and far most my moms a woman. an no woman deserves that type treatment!!!!!!!!!!!!

It does not matter what his side of the story is, he should have never put his hands on Rihanna. I do not think that it is a slap on the wrist, he is a first time offender. I just hope that he never puts his hands on another woman & I hope that Rihanna gets help for herself. Just like he needs domestic violence/anger management counseling. She needs it too. Because so many females think that they are too blame & they are not. And of course she is not. But I do have a forgiving heart & I hope that this does not effect her career or his career. Nyesha, Rihanna gave the judge a slick look when she said he would go to jail if he contacted her. The judge made it both ways so she will go to jail if she violates the order by contacting him. Chris is already starting on his next album and he’s still talented. His career is going to be ok, music wise and movie wise. This will be forgotten soon if TMZ will leave the subject alone.

Btw, Chris got a harsher sentence than a non-celeb would have received. So everybody can stop saying it was a slap on the wrist, it wasn’t for the charges he was accused for.

Let Go and Ley God! I believe Chris took the plead not to only keep out of jail, but to protect her. The truth would of done more damage to both of them and he just wanted to get behind this and move on. I hope he will use his time in the community to really educated young people and grow himself.
