LowKey and Bow Wow sit down for some Real Talk.Mr. 106 & Park is maturing. Signing deals with major cooperations, killing rap quarrels before they escalate, and starring in sex scenes (pause, lol), Bow Wow is doing it all. And you know what’s even scarier, homey is only 21. People sleeping on him as an artist….
“I mean honestly I never left. I took some time to do the FaceOff thing and I’m picking up right where I left off, you know I’m saying? A lot of people like to criticize me, but the last thing, solo wise, I came off was a #1 hit record, “Shorty Like Mine” and then another #1 record, I’m A Flirt with R.Kelly, so that’s what I’m following up on”

People’s perception of him being a tough guy….
“I’m not the type of dude who tries to be tough, that aint my thing, but I think people just try and make it seem that way. ‘Oh he got tatoo’s’, I like tattoos, shit, who doesn’t like ink? That’s my thing. As a kid I always wanted tattoo’s, so now I love getting tattoo’s, but I don’t want people to think I’m trying to be somebody I’m not. People fail to realize I get love from everybody. As soon as I leave here, I’m heading to Yonkers to go mess with Jadakiss. So people that hate on me, their favorite rappers love me, you know what I’m saying?”

106 & Park’s affect on his career as an artist….
“I don’t think I would be the artist or entertainer I am today, you know what I’m saying? I have much love for 106 because BET was the only company showing me love and they really pushed Bow Wow out there into the world. When 106 came, it was like a home I could go to at any given time and touch my fans. For me to have the first retired on 106, the first ever BET Viewer’s Choice Award, it means a lot to me and I definitely wouldn’t be the person I am today if it wasn’t for 106.”

His role in HBO’s Academy Award winning series, Entourage…
“Yes sir, I’m starring in a couple episodes of HBO’s Entourage and I have my first sex scene; I’m an adult star. I just got back from LA this morning at like 5am from shooting my last episode, so I can’t wait for people to see it….it’s going to be hot.”

On being an entertainer..
“I’m just ready to take on challenges; that’s my whole thing right now. That’s why I’m an entertainer, I don’t do it for the money, I do it because I like to do it. It was always a dream of mine to be an entertainer, so when it comes to acting, I always separate myself from Bow Wow the rapper to Bow Wow the actor.”

Good to see Bow Wow is growing up………..
