Remy Ma Denied Marriage To Papoose, Sentenced 8 Years!

I guess it just wasn’t meant to be. Either that or Remy’s beau, Papoose, was attempting one of the most absurd jail breaks of all time. According to the NY Post, the sacred, but brief ceremony between Remy Ma and Papoose that was scheduled for Monday (May 12) was cut short when authorities confiscated in what they thought was a universal handcuff key from Papoose. Not only were the two denied marital bliss, but Papoose was also banned from Riker’s Island indefinitely.
Papoose, who denied any type of motive of planning to break out his wife to be, barked at reporters “I don’t walk to talk, get out of my face. You all write racist articles”. Remy Ma, who will now have to wait until she’s moved into maximum security at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility in Westchester County to wed her lyrical finance, will be entitled to conjugal visits once the two tie the knot.
While I’m sure Remy pleaded her guts out before her fate was decided, the Post pointed out an interesting fact in which I also stated when Ms. Smith began jibber jabbering on KaySlay’s radio show last week. Any plea she makes before the judge will probably be disregarded since she had a GREAT sense of humor during her incarceration.
Unfortunately, it gets worse. Remy Ma, whose real name is Reminisce Smith, has been sentenced to 8 years behind bars for shooting an acquaintance outside of a Manhattan nightclub July 15, 2007. Remy Ma was found guilty on assault charges in the month of March and originally was facing a 25 year sentence before today’s 8 year ruling.
Sources asserted the rapper could be seen in tears after the verdict was revealed in Manhattan’s Supreme Court this morning. Remy’s defense team plans to appeal the ruling in the near future.

Wow she got what she deserved, but im still not over those officers getting aquitted in the sean bell case. America is dying slowly. Our government is f***ed, and filled with selfish a** kissing individuals. its time for some people who have been apart of reality to run these offices because the fantasy livers have ran it too long and have literally f****ed everything up.

Sorry to hear bout this bulls*** that these peoples are putting you through. Keep your head up and keep those lyrics coming. I’m gonna miss hearing your songs coming on the radio. Besides you, Trina, Jacki-O y’all hoes get much mo respect for me. I love y’all hoes to death. Remember to pray every night cause God knows your heart and pray do changes things.
I know the girl that was shot and her family. I she did not take any money and did not need the money. She is hard working young lady with a college degree doing her thing. My daughter was supposed to go out with them that night and would have been in that car. God knows, what could have happen to her. It is interesting how people can speak about situations when it is not your child or family member who will never be the same because of a gun shot in the stomach from someone who was supposed to be like a siter. Remy has shown no remorse for actions and should have received the full weight of the law. 25 years. The young lady who was shot will never be the same. Remy will move on. When she pulled that gun she was not thinking about her son! When talks trash on radio shows knowing people are listening and does not have any remorse she is not thinking about her son! So I quess now she want everybody to think about her son and her. That was her job and she did a horrific job!

That is so sad. I will pray for ya sis. It is a unfortunate situation. Bad things do happen to good people. It is our actions that we have to consider when making decisions that will affect our future. I pray that all will be well with you while you’re locked up. Keep God first and ask for forgiveness. Although, it is amazing how these high profile people tink that they can commit these crimes and get away with the actions that they took.
