R.I.P. Isaac Hayes 1942-2008!
According to Sheriff officials in Memphis Tennesee, R&B Soul legend, Isaac Hayes has passed away at the age of 65. Hayes, who’s best known for his work on the epic movie soundtrack, Shaft, was found unconscious next to a still running treadmill in his Memphis, Tennessee home.
Steve Shular, a spokesman for the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department, said in a statement that there was no indication of foul play when Hayes was discovered. After the singer was transported to a local hospital, attempts to revive Hayes failed and the singer was pronounced dead around 2pm.

My condolences go out to the Hayes family. He was a truly a gifted, influential and talented artist, who paved the way for a lot of musicians. I had the pleasure of meeting him a couple of years ago, he gave me such a warm greeting. Sleep well Black Moses, may you rest in peace.
God is coming and he said he is taking his angels first. My prayers are with the families of both Mr. Isaac Hayes and Mr. Bernie Mac.

Mr. Hayes was more than a musician he was a mogule of music!!
