My first memory of Isaac Hayes was me as a lil boy in the 70’s, seeing the centerfold of his 33 Albumn hanging on the wall in my moms apartment. He was truly a pioneer of the music industry and one of the greatest Soul singers and chefs ever. He will be missed. Much respect.

I grew up listenin` to the deep voice of him i remember layin across my aunts bed in a daze just the sound of his deep voice gave me the sensation of just wantin` to not ever leave that room,you felt like you could be anyone you wanted toand we all have heard it too,I Stand Accused,miss you so much,god bless his family too,”He sings with the Angels now”.

My family and I wish to send our heartfelt condolenses to the wife and children of Mr. Hayes. I am from the old school and saw him perform may times. This was always a joy and pleasure. He brought so much love and dignity to the world. Now his job has been done and completed and the LORD has called him home. We should celebrate for the time the LORD allowed us to be in his presence — Mr. Hayes, you have done your best, now it is time for you to take your rest. We will all meet again one day.

My mother use to play his music alot and she would say be quiet Issac Hayes is on come and listen to Issac Hayes. Wow, i was totally shocked to hear the news that Issac Hayes died .its seems that great people like Bernie Mmac has died.My mother is at loss for words, tears came to her eyes when she heard the news a little while ago . he will be in our heart. Oh my gosh Issac Hayes died i cant believe it !!!!! He was one my greatest musicans EVER. My mother totally freaked out when she heard the news ,tears actually came into her eyes it seemed for awhile that she was going to break down an cry but she did not, sheheld herself together.It is terribly sad to hear someone like him died.He will forever be missed.God alone knows why he died because we dont.Please accept our condolences and our sympathy. Issac Hayes died on my b-day. Once again my heart was crushed by another legends death. Of course he is from my hometown Memphis Tn. Issac Hayes and his deceased bodyguard, can’t remember his name, were friends of my grandmother. He also sung at my mothers 16th b-day party. So Issac Hayes means a lot to my family. Rest in peace Issac Hayes. Tell my great grandfather and auntie that I love them and I will see them soon.
