Soulja Boy Vs. Ice T?!?!

So I was browsing the internets earlier this morning and I stumbled across a lil tit for tat grudge match between Soulja Boy and Ice-T (yea, I was shocked just like you). Now it’s come to my attention that the internet is a great forum to respond to allegations, hateful responses or just another lane to make absurd comments.
With that said, Ice-T has taken it upon himself to denounce the success of Mr. Soulja Boy himself in a brief but yet aggressive interlude on the release of an upcoming mixtape. Ice, who is an obvious Legend in this thing we call HIP HOP goes on to tell Soulja Boy to “Eat a….”! Yea, kind of harsh isn’t it. He then informs the youngster that he single handedly the art of hip hop due to his “Superman” antics. The part that made me chuckle was when Ice said, and I quote, “Man you ni**az is looking happy and sh*t” What in the hell??? Why in the world is Ice-T taking his frustrations out on Soulja Boy’s happiness? Like honestly, is it really that deep?
Like I said before, the internet is a great lane to deliver a response, because Soulja Boy went ahead and recorded his rebutal to the Westcoast legend. Though Soulja kept calling him “Old” and even asserted Ice-T was around before the first Walmart was conceived (that was funny as hell lol), he does have a point in his mini rant. If Ice-T is that upset about the quality in today’s hip hip culture, why not hop of the hater horse and alter what needs to be altered. Anyway, check out what Soulja had to say in his 7 minute response….

First off even though Ice-Tea is a pioneer in hip hop,he needs to live his own life…soulja boy is like all the other down south cats who made a song about something dumb and added a catchy beat to it…its called a hustle anyone could make a song about “walkin it out” or whatever else soulja boy made.Ice tea is wrong for coming at a 18 year old boy who is just making his money. I saw Ice Tea recently at an event that my compant works for and he’s really no big deal…few people spoke to him except for his co-stars from law and order.The point is,that point where music actually had a meaning and point is over…sad but true…everyone has a hustle and for a grown man to really try to play a 18 year old because maybe Co-Co aint dishin out is low…
20 years we will remeber ice T and his hits 20 months and soulja boy catchy dumb songs will be old and forgotten lol

Ice – T made a ridiculous comment that I don’t think he would want made to his son. I have many albums and I am a listener of very good music to include the classics in R&B, Soul, Reggae, Blues, Rock, Metal, and classical. I remember when my father said that hip hop wasn’t really music. Soulja boy is young and has fresh ideas. Kids LOVE him. I hear him at every kids birthday party.
Ice – T if you read this, listen up. YOU DON NOT TELL YOUNG MEN WHAT YOU TOLD SOULJA BOY> you disrespected Hip Hop with your comments. What if President Obama told your kid that?
Make an album that sells and leave the young folks trying to do well alone!
