Soulja Boy Vs. Ice T?!?!

So I was browsing the internets earlier this morning and I stumbled across a lil tit for tat grudge match between Soulja Boy and Ice-T (yea, I was shocked just like you). Now it’s come to my attention that the internet is a great forum to respond to allegations, hateful responses or just another lane to make absurd comments.
With that said, Ice-T has taken it upon himself to denounce the success of Mr. Soulja Boy himself in a brief but yet aggressive interlude on the release of an upcoming mixtape. Ice, who is an obvious Legend in this thing we call HIP HOP goes on to tell Soulja Boy to “Eat a….”! Yea, kind of harsh isn’t it. He then informs the youngster that he single handedly the art of hip hop due to his “Superman” antics. The part that made me chuckle was when Ice said, and I quote, “Man you ni**az is looking happy and sh*t” What in the hell??? Why in the world is Ice-T taking his frustrations out on Soulja Boy’s happiness? Like honestly, is it really that deep?
Like I said before, the internet is a great lane to deliver a response, because Soulja Boy went ahead and recorded his rebutal to the Westcoast legend. Though Soulja kept calling him “Old” and even asserted Ice-T was around before the first Walmart was conceived (that was funny as hell lol), he does have a point in his mini rant. If Ice-T is that upset about the quality in today’s hip hip culture, why not hop of the hater horse and alter what needs to be altered. Anyway, check out what Soulja had to say in his 7 minute response….

I aint takin no sides cuz I like both rappers. Ice-T shouldn’t act like dat. He should be congratulatin’ Soulja Boy Tell’em! He should act like an adult! He done lost sum of my respect due 2 his behavior towards Soulja Boy. They’re both good rappers but Ice-T is wrong man…
I think the whole thing is dumb…Hip-Hop is suppose to have meaning and is suppose to elevate the minds of the people. Souljah Boy he is cool and it’s something that we can all dance to, but at the end of the day what is the message behind the music. Ice-T, I respet him because he was one of many that paved the way in hip-hop, but that is as far as it goes for me. The beef is stupid and Ice-T needs to sit down and let Souljah Bo be creative and Souljah Boy needs to respect his elders.
This will neva end. Everyone will continue to make their comments but regardless of what anyone says it will not change anything. Ice T is ol skool, but this is a new millenium. I see alot of people doin the soulja boy dance even ol skool rappers. I dont see why everyone is so quick to say that Hip Hop is dead. Every peice of music has its own genre. Soulja Boy is doing sumthin he likes so let it be. No matter what he still gon be making money. He’s not killing hip hop he’s just giving people something that they can relate too. So Ice-T will just have to face the fact that their will be plenty more newcomers just like Soulja Boy.
This FORTY-YEAR OLD CHAP needs to be very ashamed of himself for talking negatively about souljah boy. He needs to focus on his ridiculous marriage with plastic balloon girl/just recycle her body and “go green” and once he does that maybe then he will have some “green” in his pocket! Go souljah boy! First and foremost, all the “snap crackle and pop tunes are GARBAGE”. Ice was stating a fact that most young ringtone lovers refuse to accept or acknowledge. Ice is legendary and has established himself. He has substance and prevelance to the game. Playa. Souja joints are catchy for the 14 and under. Do u playboy, but longevity I don’t see it happening. Ringtone and two steps. do u. Ice loot is on another level. And his wife. UUUUUUUUUUU!! my god! Souja stay at recess and two step with the other corny step group. Yah!!! Remember “Colors”. Souja will be in Top 5 of Best Ringtone artist. Yah!!

One fact ice-T must recognize is that hip hop like any other thing is subjet to change with tyme.Hip hop has come along way en we respest the pionneers Just like business it operates on supply and demand.soulja boy is present ice-T is past.
Music is changing and dats a good thing. Back in the day Ice-T was the hottest thing out there and you couldn’t mess with Ice-T. Now a new generation is ready for a change. Im glad to see a young man such as Souljah Boy out here making postive music as well as videos. Im 24 and I love hearing Souljah Boy music and dancing to it. Ice-T sorry to say its all about whats new is in and whats old is out, and sad to say that’s you! Ice-T comment might be a way of getting back in the game and if that is so thats sad that he got to put down a young man thats doin something different in the game. Im gone keep listening to Souljah Boy and all I can say to Ice-T is YAHH TRICK YAHH.

Wow…that is really crazy to me. I honestly think that Ice T need to kinda chill off of Soulja boy because come on, dis dude has sold so many albums and a lot of people has bought his ringtones. Sum of the old(no offence) rappers need to kind of let the younger rappers show theirselves so they could be known. basically sayin, “Don’t Hate!”
