I can’t tell who is more juvenile. Ice-T or Soulja Boy (who is supposed to act like a teenager). Ice-T knows that he is a legend and no one, not even Soulja Boy, is tryin to refute that. Why can’t folks just leave Soulja Boy alone? His songs are catchy and he makes money off of them. Soulja may not be the next great Hip Hop legend but he deserves props where props are due. Anything less is going to lead to long-term problems. If a hungry man gets clowned on, he (and his boys) is very likely to get angry.

Now, why would any artist risk losing his white&black fan base over a comment? A comment will lead to one action. Then the initial action will lead to a reaction, which will finally lead to violence. The violence will lead to no fan base and a jail cell.

Ice T. was out of line. I am not sure what he was mad at when he woke up that morning, but his behavior was shameful. There were plenty of wack songs before “superman”, so why are you mad at soldier boy???? Congratulate soldier boy for his accomplishments and stop knocking him.
