Atlanta rapper, Lil Scrappy, was involved in an altercation last night in Decatur, GA that left him with a stab wound and detained by Dekalb County authorities. Lil Scrappy, whose real name is Darryl Richardson, is in stable condition, but however was charged with with firearm possession during a crime, marijuana possession, battery and obstruction of officers.

Since details of the incident are extremely vague right now, specifics of the incident have yet to be revealed. Dekalb County officials, however, have set bail for the misdemeanor battery and obstruction charges at $1500, but Scrappy is still being held in custody until an amount for the felony drug and gun charges is determined.
