May 14th, 2008
50’s will power to acquire additional funds is somewhat on another echelon. Details have surfaced about a new joint venture involving 50 Cent, Fox and Myspace. Sources involved with the merger are stating the 10-year deal is estimated to be worth $300 Million giving NewsCorp almost total creative control over the 50 Cent brand.
50 Cent, who’s website, ThisIs50.Com, will also be acquired in the merger, will be deemed as one of the largest stockholders of NewsCorp. Though the deal is not yet complete, sources are claiming that after 50 Cent and G-unit fulfill their album requirements at Interscope, this deal will be finalized. Scroll down to view some of the perks that come with 50’s future deal…
- 50 would receive his own production studio to produce TV and film projects.
- G-Unit book deal.
- G-Unit touring would be marketed and sold by a newly developed NewsCorp conglomerate.
- 50 Cent will shift G-Unit Records under the MySpace Records umbrella.
Okay, folks, let’s get into it. Compared to Jay-Z’s LiveNation deal, how does this fair???? Is 50 and his brand of business’s worth this much money????? Go head, speak on it!!!
Sincerely,
