Rarely do we ever get an artist to step outside himself and create material using the vision of a spectator instead of a bitter individual. When I first posted “The Culprit”, I didn’t anticipate the reaction. But to my surprise, it sparked a bit of a feisty dialogue in the comments section. I LOVE IT! Well, Budden has now issued part 2 in his search of “Who” killed hip hop and when it was laid to rest.

For the record, this addition to his catalogue is in now way a form of hate, just a record that’s pointing obvious issues that alot of us and artists tend to look past. Usually when these attempts are made, the figure responsible tends to digress from the point at hand and their entire reasoning becomes invalid. “Who” part deux picks up where part one leaves off. Impressively, Budden doesn’t loose his footing on the sequel, in fact, Jersey Joe makes it his business to address the fixation some of the consumers have with the fiction folk tales that some of these rappers spew.
