TI Headed To Big House????

According to Yahoo News and 2 familiar sources close with the case, Clifford Harris Jr, also known as TI, is expected to enter a plea at 1:00pm today which will deem him guilty on federal weapons charges. Though the plea has yet to be finalized, TI will be ordered to serve 12 months in prison and issued 1,500 hours of community service talking to an assortment of youth groups throughout the country.
Initially facing a maximum of 10 years in prison for possession of unregistered machine guns and silencers, as well as possession of firearms by a convicted felon, which all carried a $250,000 fine for each charge, TI’s jail time may be shortened down due to good behavior and the fulfillment of the plea deal.
Some view this is a success, but to me personally, homey still lost……HE’S GOING TO JAIL (allegedly)! The main objective in every persons life is to STAY OUT!! Nonetheless, since this man was facing a monsoon of charges for loading up for WW3, he got off pretty easy. But no matter what you do, the government is STILL going to make an example out of you.
While on house arrest, T.I. has been hard at work on his next album, Paper Trail, which still does not have a release date. Sources anticipate that it will be released in late 2008.
Sound Off on the issue!!! Is TI untouchable, is this discovery deemed as a success, should he have been given the entire sentence, has he suffered enough? Go head….SOUNDOFF on everything!!!

TI put in work….no doubt about it. No way the feds let a convicted felon skate with a year on those kinds of gun charges unless there was some “cooperation” involved. When he hits the yard the real soldiers need to check his PSI (Pre-Sentence Investigation)….I bet on that back page they find 5K1….anybody who’s been in KNOWS what that means.

Im Sorry to hear about u doing a year, perhaps you will be like martha stewart while your there and come out with a bamg. Meaning hit records and bigger than ever movie parts and be bigger than ice. If you are traveling around the country for community service, it would be nice to hear you are talking to the youth in Wichita Kansas. I have a nephew there and would like you to talk to him for I think he is so much like you but he’s 20. He is smart in books, writes, and raps very well, I think so and I’m in my 50’s and I enjoy listening to him and you as well.
