Now this is the Lil Wayne I like……On October 31st, Lil Wayne is gearing up to release his newest street offering, “No Ceilings”. I’m not sure who’s releasing it, where it’s being released and at what time, but what I can tell you, from the tidbits I’ve heard Dwayne Carter is literally eating these tracks alive.

Wayne’s decision to release “No Ceilings” came as a result to hearing a bevy of cuts on the radio that he actually enjoyed. And instead of having producers craft newly constructed instrumentals (Wayne insists he didn’t feel like paying anyone this time around), Wayne hopped on his favorite radio cuts and, well…destroyed them lol.

Now I know I tore The Martian to pieces last week due to his moronic gun brandishing ways, but that’s a completely separate issue from the music. And his current material (which will be available for download below) has made me a fan again. Maybe it’s lack for concern while spitting, but like Jay said, the “Mixtape Weezy” is the Lil Wayne we really fell in love with.

So, the good folks over at Hip Hop Marvels liberated some DOPE footage of Wayne’s journey to the “No Ceilings” residence. ENJOY!
