My condolences to the Hawkins family and friends for the lost of a musical genius. I am even more sadden for the members and followers of Love Center because these are the ones who are blind from the true gospel of Jesus Christ. Walter Hawkins was used as an agent of Satan to deceive people into embracing homosexuality which is totally against God’s standard for holy living. This mission started in the early 70’s even before Love Center opened. I love everyone but you all need to stop looking to this ministry as being from God and realize that Love Center needs our prayers and deliverance from ungodly lifestyle practices. You all can get mad if you like, but I don’t want to see anyone lost that believes in “eternal security doctrine.” Please, I beg you to get saved today. Jesus is soon to come and this serves as an example of God’s love suffering and judgment! And you bishops and pastors who support Love Center (COGIC, gospel artists, etc.) are wrong. Repent, repent, repent!!! If Walter can come back and tell you, boy what would he say…………………………….Take heed!

I turely thank god for the life and the songs of walter, he was a blessing to all of my life he was my icon . he will be greatly miss i know that you are gone to a better place and that you are not in no more pain so may god be with you until we meet good night se you inthe moring i know that sprit was never born and sprit will never die you are just sleepinglove youmuch

We are so blessed to have had such a gifted man of God. Yes, Yes! He will be missed, but he lift us with some wonderful works of God. Songs of praise, Songs of life, Songs of Peace and Love, Songs of salvation, but mostly he lived the life he song. To the family weep but joy will come in the morning. I love the spirit which was give to us over the years. Let us continue to pray for the family but never let the songs go unsong. I will go out and get every cd produced by this wonderful man of God and continue to worship my Lord and saviour in spirit and in truth. Rest in peace my good and faithful servant.

It was an honor for me personally to meet Bishop Walter Hawkins in the mid 80s in Oakland California while I was serving in the U.S. Navy as a young musician playing for a multicultural children’s choir for the theme song called “We are the children” at the United Methodist Church. He’s music had transcended throughout the world in making this a better place to live for all people from every walk of life. We will deeply miss Bishop and our prayers will always continue for his family during this sad but rejoyful time of celebration for our Kingdom General.
