The Roots to Play for POTUS

Published by Angel on Monday, October 4, 2010 at 11:27 am.

The Roots

President Obama has enlisted a little help from some of his soulful friends to energize attendants to his ‘Moving America Forward Rally’ on October 10 in Philadelphia. The Roots will be performing at the rally, looks like they’re back on the stump because the group also participated in Obama’s 2008 campaign.

President Obama will be speaking at Bowie State University this week along with Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley and Senator Barbara Mikulski. Where’s our concert President O?

Little old Robert Fulton Elementary will witness a whole lot of soul on October 10th, lucky them. If we’re lucky we’ll get some balloon’s and campaign music. Sigh.
