Obama’s election spurs racial crimes. Racial epithets on cars and homes, cross-burnings and children chanting “Assassinate Obama,” are among some of the incidents that make up what officials say is a rise in post-election racial incidents across the country. From Maine to California, police have clocked a range of crimes that include vandalism, at least one physical attack and vague threats. There have been “hundreds” of incidents since the election, many more than usual, Mark Potok, director of the hate-crime monitoring Intelligence Project at the Southern Poverty Law Center, told The Associated Press. Four North Carolina State University students admitted writing anti-Obama comments in the notorious free-speech tunnel, including one that said: “Let’s shoot that (N-word) in the head.” In fact, Obama has received more threats than any other president-elect, authorities say. In other incidents, crosses were burned in yards of Obama supporters in Hardwick, N.J., and Apolacan Township, Pa. A Black teenager in New York City said he was attacked with a bat on election night by four White men who shouted “Obama.” Racist graffiti was found in places including New York’s Long Island, where two dozen cars were spray-painted; Kilgore, Texas, where the local high school and skate park were defaced; and the Los Angeles area, where swastikas, racial slurs and “Go Back To Africa” were spray-painted on sidewalks, houses and cars. Potok, who is White, said he believes there is “a large subset of White people in this country who feel that they are losing everything they know, that the country their forefathers built has somehow been stolen from them.”
If everybody except PURE AMERICANS were to leave America….then America would be an EMPTY country. Nobody is 100% of Nothing! Even white people are NOT pure white….we are ALL mixed. We are all muts. The sooner racist realize that the better off we will all be. Or do we have to wait for all the racist to die before we can move forward? Even you UMLAW are not 100% of anything no matter what your science facts (NOT) say. I don’t care what percent your mother and father are or who raised you; as you are fond of REPEATING to the panel about President elect Obama!

SO THIS IS NOT SOMETHING NEW.BUT WHAT IS DIFFERENT,IS THAT THE PLAYING FIELD IS OPEN TO EVERYONE NOW BECAUSE US AS PEOPLE OF COLOR STOOD TOGATHER FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY 53 YEARS FOR A POSITIVE CHANGE .HOW LETS ALL PRAY THAT NO WEAPON IS FORMED AGAINST OBAMA AND HIS FAMILY SHALL PROSPER IN JESUS NAME AMEN.
A WISE MAN SAID, WHEN THE TRUTH COMES OUT, IT ALWAY HURT. WELL THE TRUTH HAS COME OUT MR. OBAMA WAS CHOSEN BY THE PEOPLE, WHITE,BLACK.,ASIAN, YOU NAME THEM. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAD YOUR WAY FOR OVER 200 YEARS. THIS WAS GOD’S DECISION NOT YOURS. EVEN THE NAME WHITE HOUSE WAS CHOSEN BY PEOPLE WHO THOUGHT IT WAS A GOD GIVEN RIGHT TO HAVE ONLY WHITE’S IN IT. GOD PUT EVERYONE HERE ON THIS EARTH, NOT JUST WHITE’S TO RUN IT. BLACKS BUILT THIS COUNTRY. THIS COUNTRY IS GREAT BECAUSE WE HAVE WORKED TOGETHER TO BUILD, AND LIVE IN HARMONY. ITS SAD THAT WE ONLY COME TOGETHER WHEN SOMETHING BAD HAPPEN IN THE COUNTRY. GIVE MR. OBAMA A CHANCE WHO KNOWS IT COULD TURN OUT FOR THE GOOD OF THIS COUNTRY.

Ella, racism has not been going on since the beginning of time. Let’s just deal with the racism that is in this country. Ancient people did not judge people by the shade of their skin. People like the Phoenicians from North Africa traveled all around the world and did business with all kinds of people. Center of learning like Timbuktu saw men of thought from all around the world. On and on it goes so racism as it is practiced in this country is peculiar to this country. So let’s deal with it here and in this time.

It’s such a shame that the GREATEST NATION IN THE WORLD cannot come togather and except the fact that what has happen is not of anybody’s doing but God! It really breaks my heart that white America (not all) can’t look beyond race, color and just embrace change. DID YA’LL THINK THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE A WHITE MAN IN OFFICE FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES? I sure hope not…….. Listen when Bush got in office and made the rich richer black people dealt with that, we didn’t go around trying to beat up white people. We have always did what we had to do to keep on going no matter what or who was in office. I suggest you guys do the same and move on. I’M PROUD THAT OBAMA IS IN OFFICE, AND I ASK GOD TO PROTECT HIM AND HIS FAMILY FROM ALL MANNER OF DISEASE INCLUDING THE ONES THAT WILL TRY TO TAKE A MAN’S LIFE BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF HIS SKIN. God has heard the cry of His people……… Like the people of Isreal when GOD sent a man by the name of Moses that was raised up by an egyptian woman in the houshold of a king, only to one day free His people from bondage. That is not suprising at all. We all knew this was gonna happen, when he gets inagurated I’m sure there will be some kinda race riot in the big cities b/c a lot of people are still ignorant and racist in this country, they just didn’t have reason to express it. Now that they have a reason, u best believe they are gonna do stuff. All i gotta say is WE (black people) NEED TO WATCH OUR BACKS and the back’s of our brothas and sistas cuz they gon be out there raising hell about this.

The only thing they are doing is hurting THEIRselfs, these thing happen at my school the day after the election! This White Kid made a NUSE to school!!! a NUSE!! Whats wrong with this kid, and i did not blame him i blamed his PARENTS because these kids are learning this at HOME. I wore my BARACK OBAMA shirt and this boy told me to BURN my shirt!! AS mad as i was i just remembered what my mom told me….”THEY CAN NOT CHANGE WHATS ALREADY BEEN DONE”!!
I believe that God created us to all coninside together and to respect one another including our differences. However it really bothers me that certain white ppl throughout history have done nothing but seek, steel and destroy.
They need to wake up and realize that the world including THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA does not belong to them and them alone. It is time for those racist ——– to wake the “F” up!!!!!
