I wouldn’t not have air this. This is sad. I have children myself. This story just breaks my heart. Yes, this child certainly was protecting his mother.

The child was wrong; Now this child is going to grow up thinking he can hit and fight every adult and get away with it. and he is going to run into the wrong adult who is not going to understand that he is still a child. When I was growing up; it was taught a child should stay in a child’s place. Everyone who think this is o.k. and whatever. Well, I hope this same child raise it’s hand up to you and let me see what you are going to do. This is a three year old; and he really does not grasp the concept of fighting. So, when he gets in his next fight which probably will be tommorrow night and he actually get hit back, he is not going to understan; especially if the person he hits is not an adult. Wrong message! wrong advice! wrong parenting! and wrong way to teach a child to get in grown folks business.

yea , how is everyone going to blame it on the mom, its not her fault. and alot of you are ignorant for saying that , half of you might not even have kids . i have a little boy who is three and if someone even stands by me he try’s to fight them that how over protective he is . so think before you start blameing people and take a look at yours selves , because 9 times out of 10 you dont have room to talk!!!!!!

The child was wrong? No he was not! the mother was wrong! He is 3 years old, and children protect their parents, that is nature.

If she was really choosing a man over her child she would have left the child right there once the officer got a hold of him, instead she came back to grab up her child. omg people are actually defending the actions of the mother??this boy needs to be protected. I have a 3year old son and no way does he act like that. yes he has tantrums but he never hits other people. God only knows what that poor wee soul has seen. Looks to me the cop grab the mother who was standing by the car. The cop grabbed her by the neck and try to slam her on te car. The little boy then attacked the cop. But of course the media make it look bad on the mother. Just don’t judge until you get the full truth…It’s not a secret that the media and cops lie not all but 98.9% of the time.
