Another “Extreme Makeover” home faces foreclosure.
As usual, the ABC TV “Extreme Makeover” storyline was enough to elicit tears from even the most stoic viewer: a middle-age, African-American former drug addict, who flipped her life and became a positive force for the less fortunate in her community, was awarded a beautiful dream home. But that six-bedroom luxury crib, which was awarded to Floridian Sadie Holmes two years ago, is about to be foreclosed on. The New York Daily News reports that more than $30,000 in liens have been filed against the Seminole County, Fla., home for a series of unpaid housing code violations. Holmes said initially that she was grateful for the home, has since said that it has caused her unbelievable stress and problems, the News reports. It isn’t the first time recipients have been foreclosed on – some unable to keep up with tax payments and other expenses of newly acquired luxury homes. But Holmes’ case is unique. Once she was given the home, it became the headquarters for her charity work. After the national exposure, she was flooded with supplies to distribute to the needy. The stuff piled up, and Holmes’ home was slapped with about $29,000 in fines.

MY MOTHER IS A SINGLE MOTHER OF FIVE CHILDREN AND SHE HAS BILLS TO PAY AND FOOD TO BUY FOR OUR NEEDS AND NOW ANOTHER PROBLEM.

Ms Sadie Holmes, I commend you on your courageous work in this unforgiving God forsaken country called America. Perhaps you can seek free advise from LEGAL AID or a SYMPATHETIC PRIVATE ATTORNEY, PRO-BONO, who can help you apply to become a non profit organization, 501 C.
There are ways you can become exempt from taxes on donated items.
You must FILE and PAY your Personal Taxes and Property Taxes.
YOU NEED A GOOD BUSINESS AND TAX ATTORNEY. YOU HAVE

#1 I LIVE IN ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL. IN SEMINOLE COUNTY WHERE SADIE RESIDES.
T.V. HAS DRESSED IT UP BUT THIS HOME IN THE SLAP MIDDLE OF THE HOOD. THE CITY SHE LIVES IN WILL FINE WHENEVER WHEN IT COME TO KEEPING UP WITH YOUR PROPERTY BIENG CLEAN . THAT’S WHAT THEY AINT TELLING. SINCE THAT HOME HAS BEEN BUILT IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEBODY RANNED THAT HOME DOWN ALREADY BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF THE TENANTS WHO RESIDE THEIR DONT KEEP UP WITH THE PROPERTY . THAT IS WHERE MOST OF THE FINES ARE COMING FROM.
#2 GOD DONT LIKE UGLY AND AINT TO FOND OF PRETTY. wHEN YOU GO ON NATIONAL T.V. TELL THE WHOLE COUNTRY THAT YOU DO ALL THIS CHARITY AND NEED HELP AND GET HELP , GET A HOME OF YOUR DREAMS, PLEASE KEEP IT UP AND DO RIGHT BY GOD THINGS HAPPEN LIKE THIS WHEN YOU’RE NOT RIGHT. NOW, HOW DO PEOPLE HELP YOU AND YOU DONT HELP THEM TAKING CHARITY FOR GRANTED . NOT DISTRIBUTING THE ITEMS BIEND DONATED, SELLING THE ITEMS TO GAIN PROFIT . THIS AINT WHAT I SAID IT’S WHAT’S GOING ON AND YOU CANT TELL ME CAUSE HER HOUSE IS LOCATED BEHIND CLUB 436 OFF OF STATE RD 436 BY MCDONALD’S SLAP INTHE MIDDLE OF THE HOOD. PLEASE . SO SHE CAN TELL THAT LIE TO WHOM EVER BUT IF SHE WOULD HAVE DONE RIGHT . SHE WOULD BE ALRIGHT. I WAS THERE 2YEARS AGO WHEN EXTRAME MAKEOVER CAME. IT’S NOT WHAT YA’LL REALLY THINK.
#3 EVERYBODY KNOWS CERTAIN CRACKHEADS THAT IS SUPPOSLY OFF OF CRACK YOU BETTER WATCH WHERE EVERY DIME GO OR YOU WILL HAVE ISSUES .
#4 THE OTHER HALF DEALT WITH HER PAYING TAXES. SHE SHOULD HAVE PAID THEM . HELL THEY GAVE HER THE MONEY TO PAY THEM . WHATS THE PROBLEM .
NO WE SHOULD NOT COME AT HER RESCUE DO TO IF YOU DID WHAT YOU SUPPOSE TO HAVE BEEN DOING FROM THE BEGINING YOU WOULD NOT BE IN THIS RUT. SO LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE SAY IN CENTRAL FL. ORANGE AND SEMINOLE COUNTYS AND SURROUNDING AREAS GOOD LUCK TO HER WE ALL HAVE MONEY ISSUES . YOU DIDNT DESERVE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE . HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS .
I notice that most of the people seem to be blaming Mrs. Holmes for the problem but I feel that the county knew exactly what they were doing when they allowed the building to be made over now the came just find away to let some rich person or the county itself have that nice building. We all know that its going to take someone to with money to pay the fines. I think Its a cheap way to get a expensive building and if this is what happens Extreme Makeovers should come back and charge the county for their materials and time. God bless you Mrs Holmes.

THE LADY WAS FINE 29,000 FOR KEEPING SUPPIES IN HER HOUSE, IT’S NOTHING TO DUE WITH HER TAXES.
