Attorney: Another Cop Set Tone for Oakland Shooting

Another police officer’s brutality set the tone that led to the fatal shooting of a young Black man at an Oakland, Calif.-area metro station on New Year’s Day, a newly released video reveals. The Bay Area Rapid Transit Police Department said initially that only Officer Johannes Mehserle was involved in shooting to death 22-year-old Oscar Grant as he lay on the ground with his hands behind his back. This is to Cheze, second comment I believe. Yes, there are supposed good cops too but a lot of them are too scared to come forth and do right by turning in those that commit these horrible wrong doings….and to me they are just as bad…maybe less. I feel for this young man and his family and I’m pretty sure you do too…but if it was your family and lets say the other supposedly good officers just stood there not wanting to intervene but know the bad cops are doing wrong…that would make you angry and that would make them bad and selfish. At least to me.
God Bless his family and may he get his Justice and rest in peace.

There is no way that Mehserle is going to be able to justify him shooting this young man. Peroni is guilty of his own, but he is no the one who pulled the trigger.
