as for the chieftancy titles its not a big deal and has been done before.. micheal jackson got one in Ghana, and jay z the rapper is always in NIGERIA after he did a DNA trace to NORTHER NIGERIA .. besides.. it brings in REVENUE THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT STUPID..
