That is not possible, he told all of us that the problems may take more than 1term to straighten out. Ask yourself the question, if you won a settlement, would you go after the money yourself. The CBC is doing the same thing you would have done.

David, Africians did sell their people into slavery, but slavery lasted long after the trade market of selling Blacks had ended. As for a you saying the OBAMA is half, it was White People who said, if a person had a drop of Black Blood in them, then they were considered BLACK, Now that OBAMA is the President, it is not acceptable to be considered as half white.
