Why is it that Obama refuses to release his long form birth certirficate?

He’s only released this very controversial document on his website which even the state of Hawaii has stated cannot be used to prove that he is a natural born citizen.

Obama is NOT spending “hundreds of thousands” of dollars to answer these baseless lawsuits. He is being represented by the SOLICITOR GENERAL of the US. All of these suits have a snowball’s chance in hell. Obama has been investigated and vetted by the FBI, CIA, NSA, DHS, DOJ, DNC, FEC, GOA, the State Dept., and whatever other agencies apply. That’s who he has to answer to, and produce his BC to, not you. GFY.

Obama would be considered “vetted” only if he had been subjected to a top secret clearance background check – an SSBI, which he has not.

Elected officials are not required to pass any such security clearnace.

An SSBI clearance requires the submission of one’s original, long form birth certificate, amongst many other items and sworn statements. Had he flown fighter jets in a past military career, worked in law enforcement, worked for a defense contractor on a highly classified weapons system, or the CIA, he would in fact have his original birth certificate on file with the government. But he has not ever worked in any of these areas, nor has he ever submitted his original birth documents to any party organization, election commission, or anyone else.

If substantial arguments can be made to require Obama to produce his long for birth certificate, a court can, and has every right to require this of him before taking the oath of office. If it is discovered after Jan 20 that he is not elibible, i.e. not natural born citizen, a constitutional crisis will ensue which would invalidate every executive order, every bill, and every commitment that he would have made while in office.

Because of his complete lack of transparancy in dealing with this matter, this issue grows each day, to where he may find himself incapable of ever effectively governing if he does not properly put this issue to rest before taking the oath of office.

Why don’t all of you haters go somewhere and get a life. Mr.Alan Keyes stop being jealous you lost let it be.

If Obama’s a “natural born citizen,” as required in the Constitution, so be it.

But if he’s not — better to find out BEFORE he’s inaugurated than AFTER, since such a discovery would invalidate all the treaties, bills, … everything he signs in office. It would be a constitutional crisis.

And anyone holding evidence could manipulate the president, were Obama inaugurated and not a “natural born citizen.” That’s dangerous.

Better we should resolve the matter of Obama’s birth BEFORE he takes office.

Compare a real early 60’s birth cert and an abstract that ANY senator could call and have some state agency “produce”.

You can file and get a birth certificate in Hawaii and be born in another country. Hawaii governor has NEVER stated he was born in that state! Only that they have a long form, type written, filed, that Obama has had sealed! Why? Not to mention he never signed up for selective service, so how did he get his student loans? Awfully strange that a man running for the highest office in the world wouldnt or couldnt produce what should be standard information.
