Black Republican Challenges Obama’s Citizenship
November 20th, 2008

Black Republican challenges Obama’s citizenship. Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and other members of the party have filed suit in California Superior Court in Sacramento to stop the state from giving its electoral votes to President-elect Barack Obama until the former Illinois Senator provides documentary evidence that he is indeed is a natural-born citizen of the United States, according to the American Independent Party. I’m curious…why do the majority of African Americans put down the republican party. P.S. Keyes is no longer affiliated, he is a member of AIP. If you want to stand by the party that stood for true freedom then you are a republican. i.e. Abraham Lincoln. Obama has been compared to Lincoln many times and if this is true then all of you have been fooled. Does anyone know what it means to be republican? Well, the reason I am a republican is:
1. We were the 1st to stand for freedom.
2. We beleive that God gave us free will to do unto others as you would want done to you.
3. Give incentive for small business to stay up and running to create and keep jobs.
4. Work hard, be prosperous, and GIVE as much as you can to others, don’t let govenment decide who you should give to.

Certainly Alan Keyes must know that since Obama was only
the 3rd African American voted into the senate in US history, plus
he ran AFTER Sept 11th when US National Security was at its
“height”, and he had MUSLIM ties due to his father per his book,
and largely with his name, BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, we KNOW
he was THOROUGHLY vetted and checked out by the FBI, CIA, our
Homeland Security and EVERYTHING else. NO opponent in primary
or Republican, especially Palin, made this an issue. They wanted to
WIN!!!!!!! ‘Someone’ would have, and McCain’s wife definitely had the
$$$. BIG money to be First Lady. Sorry, Keyes. Republicans lost.
I agree with Whatajoke and Regae, this is just another example of a member of the Black race acting like a crab and constantly pulling another member of the Black race down. I still don’t understand how Mr. Sad Keyes feels he can benefit from this lawsuit. It puzzles me as to how CERTAIN people can’t leave well enough alone. Black America already has enough negativity geared toward it by other ethnicities, why should it be one of our own?
Lord, I pray for Mr. Keyes and pray that you give him the sense to realize that he is only digging himself a hole, one of which he may not get out of without your help, Lord. I pray that you keep your holy spirit watching over President Elect Obama and his family and shield him with your angels to ward off any person(s) that the devil is using to try to weaken him. AMEN!
In response to Nurse76 and her comment about so many black people being against Republicans. I’m not into politics as much as you are, I’m sure, however, I am a black woman and would have to defend the race I am a part of. I’m neither Republican or Democrat. I’m just ME. Nevertheless, I don’t feel that black people are against Republicans, I do feel that PEOPLE in general are against the people who are representing Republicans. It seems as if those who are on the forefront, in teh media who represents the Republican party are hateful, negative, misguided people. So regardless of what Republicans claim to stand for or whatever reason(s) u are a Republican, it is definitely not conveyed to the American people.
One thing I did notice when watching the results (Barack being chosen over McCain), as I watched the speeches: When McCain spoke, and he mentioned Barack’s name, the people in attendance boo’d numerous times, even when McCain was finally saying things that made sense for once and that was actually positive in nature. A few minutes later, President Elect Barack Obama made a breath-taking speech and when he mentioned McCain, no one in attendance boo’d. Things that make u say….HMMMM!
This is a dang SHAME. They always use another one of us to our leaders down. Look at Malcolm and the black lady who stabbed MLK. He should be ashamed of himself. Did he mention that McCain himself wasn’t even born in the States. This is just getting to be some of the sadest political tricks ever!
It’s real sad that we as americans are unable to apply common sense. This great man “BARACK OBAMA” has won. Lets do something real unusual and stand behind not just him but this great country of ours. And to think that I have been serving this outstanding country of mine for almost 8 years. We all need to wake the hell up and get with the program!
