You might want to check out the case from New Jersey before the Supreme Court, thanks to Justice Clearence Thomas. Please tell me what is wrong with President Elect Obama showing his Vault Birth Certificate and ending all of these law suits across the nation. (Not the certificate of Live Birth on his Web Site) Also, why did he and the democratic party spend millions of dollars and hired the best Lawyers in Washington to keep from showing his Vault Birth certificate. I am an African American Male but I personally think that he does not want to show any of his records not because he not an american citizen but because there is someting embarrasing on them.

John Kerry would not show his Yale records during the last election because it was determine after he loss that his grades at Yale was lower than Bush’s and not because he was hiding hid military records.

There are currently 17 lawsuits in 12 states regarding Barack Hussein Obama’s citizenship, including two before the U.S. Supreme Court. If he has nothing to hide, he should produce the vault copy of his birth certificate instead of paying teams of lawyers hundreds of thousands of dollars to fight them all! WHAT IS HE HIDING?

There are 17 or more lawsuits to this effect against Obama, and quite a bit of proof I might add. Mr.Keyes is not just saying that Obama is not a natural born citizen,he is also qualifying that McCain is not a natural born citizen. Given that Obama’s mother was not in the military service serving overseas at the time of Obama’s birth and that Obamas father was not an American citizen there can be no legal record of an American Birth Abroad and Hawaii turned it rules to fake a birth certificate.As for the newspaper announcement-anyone could have done that when they showed up in Hawaii well after Obama’s birth. There is something to this lawsuit and it needs to be brought into light-why has Obama hired 13 teams of lawyers to fight this and keep his real birth certificate hidden? The copy online is a fake and easy to copy. Youtube has instructional videos on how to do the exact same thing. Good luck Mr.Keyes-and God be with you in your pursuit of the truth. The reason for this is that Obama’s campaign site posted a certificate of live birth tha was an obvious forgery, then another fake one showed up somewhere else. Finaly, hawaii issued what is called a Certificate of Live Birth, which still isn’t the document that is needed to prove that he was born on US soil, just that he was born. His grandmother in Kenya said that he was born in Kenya, which would not allow him to be President.

All this can be ended with a birth certificate, instead of an army of Obama lawyers.

About Arnold……..the neither the US constitution nor the California constitution require that the Governor be a natural born citizen (not to be confused with “naturalized”). But for President, you must be a “natural born” citizen. There IS a significant point of law…McCain was challenged last spring because he was born in the Canal Zone, and consequently produced his birth certificate, demonstrating that both his parents were US citizens, and he was born in a territory of US sovereignty.. if presumptive President-Elect Obama is not required to present his evidence, then no one else is either. If the Supreme Court fails to require Obama to present his evidence, then they will have waived authority to do so in the future….the Supreme Court conference is set for December 5th.
so why doesn’t Obama just present his certificate and be done with it???

Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution of the United States:

“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”

I do not want a President who begins by ignoring the CONSTITUTION and the rule of law.

There is too much disrespecting of our Constitution, which is why I joined the WE THE PEOPLE CONGRESS.

All I am is older (65) and a veteran with two tours in Vietnam, but I am amazed by most of the comments here, many or which impress me as coming from those who would rather have “rule by man” in stead of “rule of law” that is the basis of their own liberty and freedom.
