Im just laughing at this … I am a student of law and I know this case is not going anywhere. The issue is not whether Obama is a natural born citizen which everyone knows he is including the conservative right and their Kooky right wing allies. The issue here is if several district courts rejected this assertion, will supreme court piss off 60 million voters to satisfy the whims of a few nut cases ? The answer is no. Because this will send every nut case who has case pending about who should be president based upon naturalization sending their assertions to the supreme court.
It also has a racial overtone to it ,,,, for instance I am African American if the supreme court accepts this case, should i be punished because I am a descendant of slaves ? Yes they can go there !
