Iwould like to send my deepest condolences to the Jone’s family. I live in Cleveland,Ohio in the 11th district and Stephanie Tubb-Jones was a remarkable woman not only here but all over.Our city ahs an annual Labor Day picnic in which Mrs. Tubbs was always presnt to kick of the parade. BUt instead of being said we need to this year celebrate the life of the first black congresswoman to represent the state of Ohio. You will be missed!!!

She was and is a pioneer who accomplished what some said was impossible to do. She was a leader who took her assignment seriously. We will miss her. We must encourage our young people to pursuit and follow her lead.

God is calling home the great soldiers that has made a great impact in our African American community. May God bless the families of Stepanie Tubbs Jones. May you rest in peace.

The Congresswoman as I so affectionally always referred to her as will be truly missed…She did wonderful things for the City of Cleveland and the State of Ohio, she made a lasting mark on the planet and in my heart. She was a champion encourager of the youth, she always wanted the young people to Aim High! My condolences and prayers go out to the family, the congresswoman may be gone but she will never be forgotten. I thank God and her family for sharing her with the world.

Stephanie Tubbs-Jones was truly a remarkable individual and she will be dearly missed by so many people.

I currently reside in the State of Louisiana, but I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio & I have plenty of family and friends that are still there.

The 11th Congresional District has been very fortunate to be represented in Congress by individuals such as Congressman Stokes & Congresswoman Stubbs-Jones.

This country has lost a strong, intelligent and dynamic African American Woman in the likes of Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs-Jones, and there should be no doubt whatsoever that she will certainly be missed enormously.

My heart and prayers are with the Tubbs-Jones family, my son moved to Cleveland 10 years ago and she was one of the first people that he met he said mom she seemed like family! I had nothing but love and respect for her she has paved the way for us all.

A great woman and pioneer of integrity and loyalty has gone on to be with the Lord!
