It’s a shame because in this economy people need affordable housing and for a so-called public servant to be hogging up 4 rent stabalized apartments is absolutely ridiculous. You can only have one primary residence anyway. He’s just taking advantage of the clout that he has as a US representative. Unfortunately white and black…most people of influence do this kind of sneaky stuff (barely legal). Can’t just serve the public…always gotta put some s h i t in the game.

I am so tired of this %~*? of the people by politicians. I tried to get an apartment in Lenox Terrace years ago and this is why you have to pay people under the table just to get an apartment,in that dump. This type of %~*? must stop. Hey Rangel you can only live in one aparment at atime, or be in one room at a time.LET IT GO,you live in DC anyway, enough of you, Dinkins,Sutton,and Patterson. Let other Harlemites enjoy life. What did you all majke a pac 50 years ago to tk over Harlem?Enough already. All of you are old and tired! 3 apartments…whew!
