I hope people do not think Obama will set this man free, because Obama is black and he is black. If he did the crime he should do the time.

Nobody should spend nearly three decades waiting to be put to death. If the state doesn’t carry out a court-sanctioned execution within a prescribed time, a death sentence should be automatically commuted to life imprisonment. Although I believe that some crimes should be punished by death, life without the possibility of parole is wrong. Some people should never be free, but that should be at the discretion of the parole board. As for Mumia Abu-Jamal, unless he is proven innocent, he probably should rot in prison.

The black panthers were around for protection, back then a AA man or woman could’nt even walk the streets without being harassed by a white person. There is a lot of injustice that took place back then till now. Alot of truth will come to light regarding alot of AA’s that were wronged.
