What ever the case may be in regards to the initial behavior of the young black men, from what I can see from the videos posted on Youtube, they were not resisting the officers, and the young black man that was killed was faced down laying on the ground, so he should be alive today. What ever he was doing originally, either causing problems or defending himself, it did not warrent a death sentence. He did not deserve to die!

I would say that it may not be the answer to riot but when 911 happen the government showed us that we fight. Another sad point is that the young man is not alive to take responsible for his actions. Maybe if he was alive, he would have had a chance to learn from his mistake and pass that teaching on down to his daughter. I move from the “Town” years ago. It will always be home. I can recall an incident when a B.A.R.T. officer chased me and some of my friends out the coluseim station for walking with an abandoned advertisement sign. He said it was city property when it was on the ground and had been trampled and walk on all day long. It ’ssaid that Mr.Grant had to lose his life for whatever reason. More important, there were peaceful organizations that were there that did not and would not recommend that type of response, that were there protesting. Last but not least…. And for the cop that shot this young man, he should be tried as if we shot a cop. A crime is a crime and looking at the video it seems to be as a racial statement to others. Why shot him in the back and look happy about it. While the other officers around him where watching and they knew he was going to shot him. Notice the other cop moved before the cop shot him. They had talked about it, walked over to the man, pulled him onto the floor and then shot him.

After years of Police bullsh–, they still haven’t learned a thing. No matter what the situation, a cop should never use his badge as a weapon or threat. And for the cop that shot this young man, he should be tried as if we shot a cop. A crime is a crime and looking at the video it seems to be as a racial statement to others. Why shot him in the back and look happy about it. While the other officers around him where watching and they knew he was going to shot him. Notice the other cop moved before the cop shot him. They had talked about it, walked over to the man, pulled him onto the floor and then shot him.
