Our judicial system allows us to prosecute an individual and he will be considered innocent until proven guilty. However, the evidence is a video from an individual who had no ties to the situation. I do not think this cop is going to get away with it. We as people of this great nation should unite no matter what color, race, and sexual preference and ensure that injustice like this does not happen again. We need to make everyone accountable for there actions.

If anyone seen the footage of the shooting it’s an open and shut case. He murdered that young man and his fellow officers watched with him in shock. If there is any justice in this world then it is’nt a question of wether he did it or not. HE DID!!! The question now is how is our justice system going to handle the situation?? How many of us think he will get some kiddie camp @$$ retreat type punishment? Because eventhough he quit the force he will still be backed by them. Matter fact he was most likely told it was best for him to quit. So they can protect him better know what I mean. You can rest assured that even if he does get some time it will not be in a public prison where they will take him out the first night. Sad turn of events. Rob C to answer your questions, in my opinion whatever the race of the cop and victim is not relevent. It is time for our justice system to star working properly and for us. When iI say us I mean all its citizens. The police get away with too much. PERIOD!! And it is time for the $%#! to stop. The way that young man way killed was malicious and brutal. My opinion is that the officer should get a Natural Life sentence. He committed a crime and knows the penalty for it. It needs to be enforced.

I’ve stressed about police brutality before and I hope the law will do the right thing. How much more evidence do the people/possible jury need to prosecute this officer. Most citizens support the police force, but how can we continue to trust and support them if those who are fatally shot or wounded are always at fault for the police wrong doing? This type of action need to stop throughout our country. Everyone wonders why the United States is in the condition the way we are. We need to fix ourselves and quickly. We need to stop letting the guilty go free regardless of who they are and how much money they have. If he/she is a bad cop, why would any honest and good police chief would want him/her on his force. God is our judge and God is the one to get justice for all his children. God knows the heart of every person. He never tells us to get justice on our own. If want to see God move we need to all come together because of the prayer of the righteous availath much.
